Amazing! Until...

I am not one of those people who always complain, but I have bought sapphires. I bought the Pegasus palace, and fell in love with the music. Now all of a sudden, I have to buy more sapphires! Just for music! And now in the new update, it wont load on my iPhone. It either just has the animal jam symbol, or it stays at 6%. PLEASE FIX!!! Thank you!
