What is happening to this game?!

I have two accounts for this game-one on iPad the other one on iPhone. I tried to log in my iPad account on iPhone but I forgot the password. Ok, I did wrote my moms email in, but its still not working no longer. Then I opened the game on iPad and now its saying that the account is locked. I tried to type in my moms email, now the game is not sending my mom a email! I wrote a mail to a "need help" thing but they didnt reply to me! Please help because I love this game and I want to play it. Thank you! Maria
